history

Established as the Polish National Home in 1914, the space now known as Warsaw originally served as a community center for Polish immigrants. In the late 1990’s, the venue was re-imagined as Warsaw, a live music venue that retained its cultural roots while embracing Brooklyn’s dynamic contemporary music scene. Since then, Warsaw has gained recognition for its eclectic lineup of performances, hosting punk rockers, rappers, and DJ’s alike. Despite its transformation, Warsaw remains true to its history, offering traditional Polish cuisine and maintaining a warm, community-focused atmosphere.
